About the Pose

The first of the Warrior series, this pose takes the shape of welcoming the grace from above, having it flow into your fingertips, hands and arms and down into your heart. This answered prayer for grace may be helpful for a warrior about to do battle. It is also a great opportunity to develop better balance.
