About the Pose

Commonly referred to as “Bridge pose”, your body takes the shape of a bridge. As you actively use your legs, it can build strength in your quadriceps and inner thighs. This backbend targets your mid back, bringing your spine more into your body and strongly stretching the front of your torso.
