Bhujangāsana (Cobra)

About the Pose

This pose is the shape of a cobra. The bend of your spine is initially in your lower back, then your mid back and eventually your upper back vertebrae will work their way towards the front of your body in the full pose. It is an energizing pose and opens your heart. It is best to practice it as least three times.
